    Question

Problem getting fp low enough I started with a .030 drill bit and now I am up to .060 fuel pressure has droped but is still too high (40) psi and I beleive is the cause of the car dying when letting of the gas, only when hot outside. Also Idle is a little rough also when hot. Injectors are rc 310 and yes I bypassed the cartech completely and tried two different stock fpr with bm comand flo with the screw all the way lose and the same size hole drilled at an angle drilled toward the exit. Any one else have this problem should I just get an AEM. I am seeing 13 psi on my boost gauge so I need a stout fuel pump. I can live with the idle but the car dying is really what is bugging me any idea's would be appreciatied.

So your idle FP is 40psi with the vac. hose connected and a .060" hole?!
In my Civic, I've got a .040" hole in my stock FPR with the B&M unit on it and with the adj. screw all the way out it idles at 22psi, hose on. I've got the Bosch in tank pump with 450cc injectors. I've got it set to idle at 26psi, max psi at 9# is 46psi. THat is the only FPR I use since I've got a Zdyne gold ECU.

Your return line isn't kinked/partially blocked is it? THe .060" hole should be WAY plenty. I'd suspect something else before making the hole any bigger.
